What do we ask of you?
- Affinity with the target group and interest in refugees, asylum seekers and status holders.
- Good communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire others
- Empathy, patience and respect for different cultures and backgrounds.
- Availability for at least 24 hours a week, flexibility in working hours is an advantage.
- And, of course, recruitment skills.
- Minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring in het vakgebied van sales recruiting.
- Vloeiend in de Nederlandse taal
- Minimaal 1 andere taal, bijvoorkeur Arabisch en/of Engels

Refugees Uitzendbureau is looking for a Social Media & Community Manager intern.
Among other things, you will be involved in:
1. Further refining and implementing the Marketing Strategy for the Netherlands.
2. Maintaining and expanding existing communities/social media channels (now LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter).
3. Building and maintaining relationships with members of the communities/social media channels.
4. Content creation and management.
5. Scheduling appointments with possible customers (temporary workers, freelancers, and Clients) of Refugees Uitzendbureau.
What do you bring:
1. Minimum HBO level, preferably a specialization in Marketing and/or Sales.
2. Fluent in Dutch and preferably also a good command of English.
3. Available at least 24 hours a week.
4. Living in the Netherlands.
