What can a Personal Intake look like for you?

For us, the intake interview is important. It's the start of our collaboration. We like to have a good relationship with our candidates. During the intake interview, we get to know each other. We want to know who you are and what you want. And we do this in your native language!

Getting to know: here we learn to know. We'd love to hear about your background, experiences, and what you love to do. This way, we can understand what you're looking for in a job.

Trusting: Trust is very important to us. We want you to feel comfortable talking to us. You can share everything you think and feel so we can help you find work.

Expectations: It's important that we know what you expect from us. What do you hope to achieve by working together? We'd love to know what you need so we can make a plan that's right for you.

Communication: We want our conversations to go smoothly. Whether it's a phone call, a WhatsApp or Zoom conversation, or a face-to-face meeting, we want you to feel understood. We listen to you and want you to feel heard.
