We recognize the unique challenges that refugees, asylum seekers, and status holders face when looking for work and are committed to breaking these barriers through connection and with targeted support, training, and mediation.
Our vision is based on three fundamental pillars:
Empowerment through Work: We believe that access to employment offers not only financial stability, but also self-esteem, a sense of purpose, and the opportunity to contribute actively to society. By empowering refugees, asylum seekers, and status holders with work, we facilitate their path to an independent and fulfilling life in the Netherlands.
Social Integration: Work is a critical part of integration. It enables refugees, asylum seekers, and status holders to build social networks, learn the Dutch language and culture, and promote mutual understanding between them and local communities. We are committed not only to finding employment, but also to create an environment where refugees, asylum seekers, and status holders feel welcome and valued.
Progression Partnerships: We strive to build lasting relationships with companies, government agencies, and non-profit organizations to not only help refugees, asylum seekers, and status holders find employment, but also to increase awareness and understanding of their potential as employees. By connecting and collaborating, we can develop innovative solutions that serve both the needs of the labor market and those of the refugee, asylum seekers, and status holder community.
We aim to be at the forefront of creating an inclusive labor market where everyone, regardless of background, has the opportunity to realize their full potential.
