What services do we offer?

Temporary Detachment
: Temporary Detachment is a good option if you want to respond quickly to peaks and troughs within your organization or are looking for a temporary replacement. The rate for a temporary worker varies by project and employee. The rate is determined when the hourly wage and assignment details are known. All costs are included in a conversion factor.

Example calculation: The temporary worker receives a gross hourly wage: €13.27. The conversion factor is: 2.1. The costs you pay for the temporary worker are 13.27 x 2.1 = €27.87 per hour worked, excluding VAT.

Hiring a ZZP: Hiring a self-employed person is similar to hiring on a temporary basis. The difference lies in the fact that a fixed rate per hour (excluding VAT) is agreed. The rate for a temporary worker (on a self-employed basis) differs per project and employee. All costs are included in the fixed hourly rate.

Secondment: Are you looking for extra reinforcement for a longer period of time, but do you want to stay flexible? Then you can hire staff via secondment. The costs you pay as an employer are expressed in a conversion factor. The amount of the conversion factor varies by vacancy. You only pay once you have hired the employee. The costs are always the minimum number of hours specified in the contract and each hour worked that appears above.

Example calculation: The employee receives a gross hourly wage: €13.27. The conversion factor is: 3. The cost you pay for the employee is €13.27 x 3 = €39.81 per hours worked, excluding VAT.

Recruitment and Selection: The costs of recruitment and selection are expressed as a one-off fee. The percentage differs per contract because the fee is calculated on the basis of the full-time annual salary including vacation pay. You don't pay the fee until you hire someone. If you want to estimate for yourself the costs of recruiting a new employee: assume that the costs average around 20% of the full-time, gross annual salary of the position you are looking for.
