This is a position for between 32 and 40 hours per week and your compensation (as a freelancer (ZZP)) is €32 - 36 per hour; excluding VAT.
What are you going to do?
You will work independently on your assigned project and you will ensure that it is properly delivered in the highest quality. This can include bathrooms, kitchens and toilets.
· Carrying out maintenance for housing associations and property managers
· For tile work pieces
· Tiling, wall and floor
· Lubricating sand and cement floors
· Read the drawing
Job requirements
We are looking for someone with the abilities/courses below. Do you not have that but do you see yourself fitting into this position? Then please get in touch. Perhaps we can train you.
· You have at least 5 years of proven work experience
· It is a plus if you have completed a specific course as a tiler
· You live in South Holland
· You are representative
· Your work is accurate and result-oriented
· You communicate well with the client
· You have the experience to work independently
· You have your own transport and tools
Offer
· Travel expenses/Expense allowance of 0.23 cents
· For this position, the salary is € 32-36 per hour (excluding VAT) (depending on your experience)
